     - London, United KingdomFull Time
As an artist's studio manager, my responsibilities are manifold. I have a versed experience in overseeing the administrative and exhibition handling of an artist’s works, including the preparation of sales portfolios. My job also allows me to be creatively engaged with the artist by assisting in visual and conceptual decisions. I am also responsible for creating proposals, invoices and other required documents, as well as updating the archival data and the website. Whilst completing my double degree, I started an internship at Reza Aramesh Studio and later moved into a part time artist assistant role. Acquiring such a position has further developed my multi-tasking skills and has challenged me to complete tasks in a more time and quality efficient manner, which I find has become one of my professional strengths.

Having graduated with a double degree in Fine Arts and History of Arts at Goldsmiths University London, I have acquired many different disciplines such as physical making of large sculptures as well as writing in depth critical and analytical essays on cultural theories and artist’s practices. Throughout my personal artistic practice, I delve into exploring the taboo of sexuality within the Middle East, then materializing my response predominantly in the form of sculpture and relief using medium such as plaster, resin, latex and metal. Whilst at Goldsmiths, my areas of interest were predominantly involved in African art and Afrofuturism, as well as the psychology position in architecture and the metropolis. I have a particular passion for African Art, with the presentation of debates on the Afrometropolitan (in a module titled, ‘Urban Revolutions and Spatial Biopolitics’) being one of the highlights of my Goldsmiths experiences.
