Responding directly to both Director and VP of Loyalty Marketing Department - Oversaw the Retail segment as part of the loyalty club successful expansion across proprietary resorts and trough external partnerships on the APAC (Asia-Pacific) market, bringing aboard over 200 new in-property outlets. - Performed CRM programme data analysis in order to track and identify KPI´s and others. - Developed and engaged partners on ATL and BTL marketing campaigns for the retail project by a loyalty programme and through different channels targeting specific customer segments: focus on the use of EDM´s, SMS blasts, and Telesales for diverse markets such as China, HK, Japan and further.
