As a Resourcer my role is exposed to multiple business disciplines; research, recruitment, general business as well as sales, marketing, operations, customer service and project management. Working within and across vertical markets across the UK, with assignments ranging from £50-100k and with clients within the Technology, Retail and Hospitality business. As a member of the Research Team my role duties are: Focus on identifying relevant Candidates and providing with research solutions to the Consultants. Work closely with Principals to devise research strategies and processes for each recruitment project. Apportion research solutions to each position (database searching, LinkedIn and wider social media). Create lists of suitable candidates for review based on set criteria (Acid Tests) and upload relevant candidates and update the fdu central system as the process progresses. Being super organized in planning time management to screen candidates and host telephone interviews. Attend to Client meetings as part of the research team who support and assist the Consultants. Assist in drafting written adverts to support research requirements and where appropriate compose written summaries on candidates for submission to clients. Preparing project status reports and other required management information in a complete, accurate and timely way. Scheduling and coordinating interviews. Meet and greet candidates in the office and assist with process of documentation. Create an internal Internship Program, deal with universities, interview and recruit summer interns. Administrative tasks related to recruitment. Pre-hire processing, including conducting background checks and preparing offer letters. Represent the company at recruiting events such as job fairs and other community events.
