Responsible for the identification, development and management of international partnership sales channels.
Establishing professional relationships and a robust account pipeline by prioritising and conducting a high volume of weekly account openings, sales calls and meetings to realize maximum revenue (acquisition and management of over 200 accounts and key accounts).
Responsible for researching new potential business opportunities and the implementation of business plans and strategic vision, with the ability to communicate such vision to business unit employees.
Responsible for the achievement of team annual sales target (30% sales growth increase over two years), and for the development of new effective marketing and sales strategies (monitoring competition, product analysis, budgeting) and accountancy.
Responsible for training, development and progress meetings (6 staff members under my direct supervision).
