• Creating and executing a strategic content plan to grow the company's social media outreach
• Working with the LA office to support global initiatives and represent London in global marketing meetings
• Maintain the company’s Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Glassdoor, LinkedIn & other social media accounts
• Maintain the company’s website, including personnel updates, blog and video content
• Maintain, create and execute TTF brand materials such as branding materials, pitch templates, showreels, bios
• Work closely with New Business Manager and MD to expand awareness of TTF in New Markets in conjunction with BD initiatives
• Support in managing awards submissions and promotional pages
• Oversee & generate content for company newsletters and draft press releases
• Work closely with the New Business Manager and Video Editors to oversee external use of TTF Media: Clearances, reels, awards submissions
• Log and track all press for the company and share appropriately
• Help strategise marketing for company initiatives (department expansions or re-brand) & brand/corporate collaborations (B2B, partnerships)
