Working freelance has taught me valuable skills in dealing with clients in a professional manner as well as producing content to engage with their target audiences. I recently completed an internship at Pink Banana Studios, a creative advertisement agency in the heart of London. Working primarily as an office editor in collaboration with poet and activist Hussain Manawer, we shaped a new initiative PBS was developing involving the British poet scene. During this time, I also fulfilled other office duties such as preparing camera and sound equipment for shoots, entertaining clients, and consistently making the best cups of coffee for the staff.
