Olivia Ai Ingemansson is a Swedish womenswear designer who graduated from University for the Creative Arts in Epsom with a BA (honors) degree in fashion year 2016. Olivia has various interests within fashion, but is mainly passionate about minimalistic, oversized and unusual designs. During her time studying for her BA (honors) degree, she has developed a high level of design and technical skills to help aid her project ideas, and also enjoys working with unusual fabrics and materials to create new and unusual designs, one of which was inspired by ‘The Gilbert Island warriors’ and their armour which was constructed out of coconut fibres.
Olivia has gained experience interning for the womenswear luxury brand ‘Vielma London’, where she helped the designer with research, print design, pattern cutting and other various jobs. Travelling, sports, illustrating, films and music are some other interests that also inspire Olivia's design process and ideas.
