Convenience Customer Service Assistant at Sainsbury’s Local
My current position at Sainsbury’s local includes making customers feel special.
Working on the checkouts or on the shop floor, helping customers find what they want. As well being trained on the tills, shop floor and bakery. I am also trained in code control. This role involves checking codes mainly on perishable goods, but also on non perishable goods, annotating system prints and rotating stock in line with company wide procedures. It also includes leasing closely with the mangers and providing support to other areas as required. I was voted employee of the month in January 2016 and feel that I have thrived in this role with now having a extremely high standard of customer service.
