Served as a one-woman design studio for the first year launching the Nashville market with $1B+ a year in annual revenue and 9 employees. Contribution of design directly correlated to 100% retention of clients, which directly correlated to being the fastest growing market in the company during the 2018/2019 year. I’m responsible for interviewing new design candidates, leading current team of five designers, overseeing the brand identity work, providing feedback, executing for individual client design, developing new brand identities for agents as individuals as well as developing the design of the Compass brand. I’m responsible for creating work in line with agency standards for our in-house design studio, managing the quality of design throughout all phases of projects (ad campaigns, takeovers, client marketing materials, social campaigns, etc.). Additionally I lead conceptual and visual developments of various projects, sometimes alone and sometimes in teams. I work with the creative directors to ensure design work exceeds client expectations and maintains a high quality of design for the brand in Nashville. I’m skilled at scaleable systems design and implementation for branding and evolving the Compass style guide, client services—meeting, presenting, revising and executing to completion. I’m skilled at learning new software platforms and sharing with team members as well as building grids and stylesheets, receiving feedback and turning it into actionable next steps.
