I acquired a considerable experience within the administrative field - as I assisted/coordinated the drafting of over 30 financial requests for the Operational Programme for Developing Human Resources Sector with a total value of over 50 million Euro. The applications had to be completed online, working against the clock. Furthermore, the projects' implementation involved keeping a close communication with the public sector representatives, whose language is translated into a large amount of documents (drafting different types of documents and reports related to the projects implementation, monitoring all the national and transnational partners involved in the projects, tracking the progress of the projects' implementation and the indicators reached, archiving the folders properly and administrating the electronic account of each project, taking part to various project meetings, conferences, seminars or informative sessions for the target groups, coordinating the promotional campaigns and the drafting of the tender offers concerning the projects' national promotion). Working at the Romanian Center or Initiatives, I was also a PA and an assistant manager, accompanying (and supplying the NGO's President when necessary) at: meetings, seminars, conferences, monitoring all the platforms on EU programmes topics, writing reports, minutes, daily diaries, presentations, keeping evidence of all the projects databases and the correspondence (private and confidential data inclusively), printing, faxing, scanning, e-mailing, writing press releases, writing the content for different brochures, flyers or banners, searching for new grants and new clients etc.
