I am an experienced producer with over ten years working knowledge of the arts, entertainment and events industries. In 2016, I joined 59 Productions, having previously led the team at Underbelly for over five years. Prior to working at 59, I broadened my experience further by conceiving, delivering and selling my own content-driven event in Brighton. I am an ideas-driven, strategic manager with a strong track record in producing complex projects for high-profile clients and events. I specialise in rigorous budget management, engaging with people at all levels, precise logistical planning and delivering to tight deadlines.

Co-creator and Director of Republic Brighton, the biggest venue at Brighton Fringe 2016, England's largest open access arts festival. Key responsibilities: - Raised investment - Curated a programme of international acts scouted from across the globe, contracting performers and productions - Compilation of all event documentation from event, noise, crowd and wind management plans to licence applications, tenders, risk assessments and debrief documents - Delivered programme of engagement with local residents, businesses and stakeholders - Procuring, negotiating and contracting event suppliers, freelancers and contractors as well as management team.
Leading the team at Underbelly on each event, including: - Pride in London - Christmas in Leicester Square - Udderbelly and London Wonderground festivals on London’s South Bank - Udderbelly Festival Hong Kong - Edinburgh’s Christmas and Hogmanay celebrations - West End Live in Trafalgar Square - a 16-venue operation (ranging from 40 to 1000 seats) at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Key responsibilities: - Strategic planning and logistical scheduling of each festival within the portfolio - Establishing and maintaining relationships with a variety of agencies, authorities, landlords, partners and other stakeholders, including leading SAG, LOSPG and other multi-agency fora - End-to end management of each project from conception, budgeting and planning to implementation, delivery and evaluation - Creation of budgets, financial management through P&L forecasts and scrutinising expenditure - Writing all reports from event, noise, crowd and wind management plans to licence applications, tenders, risk assessments and debrief documents - Selecting, negotiating and contracting event suppliers, freelancers and contractors - Recruiting large teams of temporary staff - Managing needs and expectations of sponsors, partners and funders
