Do you really want to delete project Work In Progress Show 2014?
I am a recent communication design graduate looking for an opportunity to further my knowledge in design thinking and communication strategy. I am interested in discovering innovative and engaging ways of connecting with the consumer audience providing them with a product that enhancing their experience.
Within this role, I learnt the importance of team work and how it contributes the smooth running of an organization. Key skills developed towards providing excellent customer service include; (a), communication with colleagues and customers, (b) smart creative thinking - providing the best solution to fresh new tasks presented, (c) positive persuasion -the ability to persuade the customer to look at a garment in a different light by way of marketing alongside the creative ability to pick out items which compliment the figure and style of the customer
From July - September 2013,I had the opportunity of being an Advertising Intern at SO & U Saatchi and Saatchi in Lagos, Nigeria. As an intern, I shadowed the creative team. I attended weekly performance meeting as well as brainstorming meeting. During my time at SO&U Saatchi and Saatchi, I had the opportunity to work on copy for Guinness and Union Bank; design for PZCUSSON’s Mamador and voice act for Union Bank. It was great opportunity as I was able to see how I could apply communication design in the real world, as well as providing me with insight into the Nigerian creative market
The Firehouse Africa is the Nigerian Branch of a well recognised South African Advertising Firm. During this internship, I was involved in the shadowing of individuals within the different sectors of the firm, learning the basis skills of marketing and further improving my skills in communications and customer relations.
At the end of my course, I attainted a Merit.
At the end of my course, I attained a 2:2.
