About me
Currently employed by Controlled Events providing management coordination and delivery of resilience and event projects. A particular focus will be on the global sailing events whilst supporting other clients with UK based events.
My previous experiences, within Olympic games, Ladies European Tour and the RAF is vitally important to my character and core skills. These different positions have required a high level of communication and the ability to make decisions and think clearly and concisely when incidents arise. During all these roles the requirement to utilise all forms of communication, particularly radio operations, set up and control.
Deployed in a logistical role in the RAF to various locations globally most notably to Iraq and Helmand Province, Afghanistan. During my time in the Ladies European Tour I led teams of over 50 people globally under the pressure of live TV production. In this role I was part of a small team that designed an application that was tested in the 2016 Rio olympics and is now the operating system for Tokyo 2020.
I value relationships with all my colleagues and stakeholders as an excellent relationship inspires trust and confidence. My greatest passion is sport particularly golf; providing different opportunities to relax, socialise and build relationships.
Communication skills and the ability to gain information whilst remain calm whilst focusing on the goals is one of my greatest assets when operating with multi-level stakeholder’s.
My sense of humour and attitude promotes a positive, smiling, successful atmosphere. I am originally from the Isle of Man, explaining the Viking name.

- The RunnerThe Runner is an emotive and inspiring short film by British Asian actress, writer and director Sunnie Sidhu. The story is centred on Aylam, a Syrian refugee boy who has just arrived alone in London. He has a chance encounter with Nikki, an athlete training for the Olympics living in Hackney.
