I manage all social media content on the company’s platforms including the blog which has built up my organisation and management skills. I have to work unsupervised and use my own initiative. Supported the marketing manager in driving rate of sales across selected UK retailers by implementing visual standards, delivering product training in health food stores (Whole Foods Market, Planet Organic, As Nature Intended), maintained stock levels and visual merchandising in-store, assisted with promotional support, and managing events and trade shows.
Employed as an intern, and later promoted to Social Media assistant. I was responsible for all social media content, composing catchy copy to promote the brand, and drive traffic to the website. I also managed social networking programmes (including customer acquisition), such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google Plus, Vine, Pinterest, Social Bliss and Tumblr. Additionally I ran Twitter and Instagram competitions, which involved client liaisons with Bourjois and other businesses.
