- Managing building security systems inclusive of CCTV equipment and alarms
- Carrying out regular fire checks, tests and evacuations
- Ensuring any and all PPE gear is available and worn on any site through site log books.
- Events organisation for internal events such as Christmas and summer staff parties, office outings, charity events for international woman’s day, various lectures, international design charrettes and the 2019 London Festival of Architecture.
- Spearheading the ‘Sustainability Team’ to find creative and innovative ways to make the office a more environmentally friendly place, small changes include but not limited to changing all office paper to recycled paper and monitoring said paper consumption use, implementing more and refined recycling bins around the office, changing waste disposal companies to ‘Zero to Landfill’ companies. Working with the Sustainability Team and organise Veggie / Vegan office lunches to promote a more plastic free and more sustainable lifestyle and to encourage others work towards a Carbon Neutral business from life, office to projects.
- Working with the EDI (Equality, Diversity and Inclusion) Group to tackle the stigma of mental health and promote a healthy working environment as well as creating a solid support system.
