    • This role has allowed me the scope to provide company-wide support, from forward-facing customer service to back of house finance administration, and day-to-day admin needs and ad-hoc duties. • First point of contact for all customers, communication via email, phone, and social media. • Managing complex diaries for the flying trapeze school and production company for all staff • Liaising with flying trapeze schools' instructors, management team and passing on messages concerns or any updates. Liaising with 3rd party contractors, promoters and Production Companies in relation to our touring productions, shows, and competitions. • Acting on behalf of Gorilla Circus General and a representative in meetings. • Assist in the planning and implementation of Circus Tour and helping with promo schedules, social media, press, marketing. • Booking and scheduling travel bookings and accommodation for a tours. • Flying Trapeze schools Operational duties: Create and put classes on sale every month via the booking system. Announce the dates and times on the Gorilla Circus website, social media outlets. Check classes in the booking system for irregularities. • Creating and sending out the monthly newsletter and managing all social media outlets. • Managing company bookings, and the finance system. Creating Invoices and overall invoice management. Maintaining, overseeing and collating cash flow information. • Provide weekly updates of issues that need escalating and discuss ways to streamline, implementation of new admin structures to support day-to-day running, develop and manage efficient systems for a rapidly growing company. • This role has twined my organisational skills, time management, and multitasking skills with my passion to support creative activity wherever possible with a fine eye of detail. • This role has given me the experience of working from the site at the rigs, home, on the road touring internationally and working in our office. This has been empowering, self-motivating and I had the ability to priorities whilst working on many active projects and solely being responsible.
