About me
A specialised art professional with over ten years of versatile experience, I have a proven track record of being resourceful and resilient – delivering high-end events, studio management, video content, artist liaison and programming to schedule within a broad range of budgets. I have in-depth knowledge of production management, having operated art, architecture and fashion events ranging from small-scale talks (80 capacity) to large conferences (500 capacity), both in London and internationally - for non-profit and commercial partners. Profoundly self- motivated, I have extensive experience in interacting with multiple stakeholders and am highly adept at writing communications copy for digital platforms and printed material.

Creative Producer & Project ManagerMaconochie Film and Photography
    London, United KingdomPart Time
I am committed to managing the estates of a few signature names in photography: Helmut Newton, Alice Springs, Michael Roberts and Jeanloup Sieff. My role concentrates on working globally with museums, magazines, publishers, brands and clients to maximise the impact of these iconic images. This involves negotiating and writing up detailed terms and conditions, syndication of images, licensing, invoicing, correct placement of images, creating social media campaigns and marketing swaps. The main focus of this role is detailed account management. I work directly below the Director, so there are some PA elements to the role: managing the accounts (personal and business), diary management, travel etc.

Frieze Academy offers a unique programme of talks, in-conversation events and short courses exploring all aspects of art and culture. In 2019, we programmed five conferences and more than thirty talks globally. My role was diverse, as the team was small, so I am an effective and efficient multitasker. I undertook all elements of production: from securing venues for free through partnership deals, to scheduling talks, coordinating all travel and accommodation for speakers, writing press materials, carrying out image and content research as required and organising sponsored breakfasts, drink receptions and dinners. I managed all hiring and supervising of temp staff, writing briefs for camera crew, editing film footage into showreels and serving as the key point of contact. I wrote and uploaded all Academy content to frieze.com, Eventbrite and other social-media platforms, overseeing all branded material. I handled all invoices, legal contracts and kept up-to-date budgets, wrote and edited content for all the events catalogues, performing picture research and directing design and layout as required.
