Overseeing the team workload, organising and allocating tasks where needed as well as supporting and nurturing other team members where required. – Deliver all creative assets and output for the business. – Management, art direction and planning of all photographic/video shoots ensuring that sufficient static, animated and video content is captured. – Responsible for the ideation, production and installation of the Clinic window and Clinic POS with Marketing, being mindful of budget. – Responsible for supporting and having visibility of the NPD/Design workload and creative output. – Work in line with the brand strategy and marketing calendar, ensuring creative delivers across all channels of the business consistently, by deadlines and which stays true to brand equity. – Creation of asset suites for campaigns, ensuring content ideas and plans are aligned and presented with campaign phasing and departmental needs. – Build upon external supplier list from videographers, studios and photographers. – Manage a team of 2 Senior Designers ensuring they feel supported, workload is organised and that projects and deadlines are prioritised.
