About me
I’m responsible for the creative vision, the look, the feel, and the tone of a music video, a performance, a movie or a brand.The real purpose i always try to bring is having a point of view and a singular vision that can be articulated well.
Basically i work,artists and director to develop an artistic approach and style
-Coordinate activities with other artistic or creative departments
-Develop detailed budgets and timelines
-Present designs to clients for approval
In movie production, I collaborate with directors to determine what flavour will be needed for the film/videoclip and what style or look the sets should have, supervising a staff of assistant ,art directors or set designers to complete designs.If a choreography is involved i personally look after it and create the concept or i collaborate with choreographers guiding them in the approved direction.
It's like writing the music, and then directing your team of different musicians to perform it, with your focus on the unified and finished sound.
My most important characteristics I always try to have:
Listening twice as much as talking,
Understanding the business realities i face,
Having a clear creative vision whilst remaining open to opportunities.
Maintaining a calm disposition.
Ensuring I have a life outside the workplace that is infused with creative content and innovation.
