• Responsible for wine tasting events • Coordinating the caterers, staff and equipment hire • Mass marketing email campaigns to promote each event • Organise the layout and print out of menus plus the social media coverage • Handle client queries and troubleshoot on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly • Clearing the venue efficiently after the event • Liaising between French winemakers predominately in the South of France as this is a new area for the company and bringing on board as exclusive agencies for Wimbledon Wine Cellar three of Greece’s top wineries • Responsible for liaising between Wimbledon Wine Cellar and Vintner which is a royal warrant holder for the most effective method of running a wine merchant in the world. This is currently being installed along with a new website
• Develop, implement, manage and co-ordinate appropriate strategies to help meet KPIs and marketing/business objectives • Drive product development, product marketing, new product launches • Design and implement marketing campaigns across online advertising, email marketing, direct mail and other sales promotion activities • Monitor product and feature performance and quality • Quantitative analysis of sales data and the impact of promotional activities on key financial indicators • Management reporting on product revenue, profitability, customer segmentation and retention • Manage and develop the Casino user experience and promote the user experience and player journey throughout team and the whole company • Work with Senior Management to set annual budgets and targets for Casino • Regularly conduct and publish market intelligence and competitive analysis in order to identify areas of opportunity, change and improvement
• Responsible for the development of marketing strategies and initiatives for the retention of customers in the online gambling sector • Develop and manage customer VIP and loyalty schemes • Analyse campaigns results, draw insights and present results • CRM management • Communication with key customers, for whom individualised customer retention strategies are developed • Work closely with Customer Services, Marketing and Operations to ensure a seamless customer experience
