About me
I am a London-based digital journalist who is always looking for new ways to tell stories. I am particularly interested in the intersection of technology and journalism: data analysis and visualisation, graphic design, video and photography are central to my reporting. I am a stong coder, using Python and Javascript in particular, mainly for data analysis and visualisation. I can also code in HTML, CSS and R, and produce videos and podcasts - all of which I learnt during my one-year MSc in Digital Journalism at Goldsmiths, University of London. Between 2018-2019, I was Commissioning Editor at Culture Trip, and I have a proven track record of strong feature writing and editing. I have worked as an in-house editor at several print and digital publications, researching, editing, writing and commissioning stories. I have a First Class BA in English Literature and Creative Writing from the University of Warwick, with an intercalated year abroad at the Sorbonne University in Paris. Born in Madrid to a British-Argentine family, I speak native English and Spanish and have worked across publications in both languages. I also speak fluent French.
