I am a strong and motivated individual who just recently completed my studies at John Molson School of Business (Concordia University) where I was also part of the John Molson Case competition program. I have always had a positive work ethic, strong personality and values that has pushed me to finish my business degree and give it my all with each employment. With each experience I have learned skills such as customer service, brand reputation management, confidentiality/security within a company and its clients, organization and team work that will give me the tools to strive and rise up to any challenge.

  • During my temporary position at PGI, I was the receptionist for their London office. My daily tasks included maintenance of the meeting rooms, kitchen area and the mailing room and organizing meetings for internal staff alongside external visitors. I answered the phone, dealt with enquiries, received and dispatched the post when needed and took care of general administration needs. I have also been responsible in creating the training documents for the future receptionists.

  • As a customer service representative I monitored orders until completion, answered inbound calls from either the customers, the restaurants or the drivers to help solve any problems, called the above before a problem would occur and inform them of any situations that needed to be handled (mostly on the side of the restaurants with new orders and customers with late orders). It was important to communicate with other departments and sometimes I would help out with other sectors if needed.   • At this position I was a customer service agent that helped individuals during tax season with any general inquiries they had about their file. I also worked on entering data into individuals files by correspondence and filing all government documents. The skills I used were getting from point A to B with the customer, going from getting all the necessary information to understanding the need to find a solution that can solve the problem completely.
