    As a Planning and Logistics Coordinator I am in charge of coordinating all aspects of the projects that we managed from the London office. I work closely with the project managers of each project to plan the activities, creating the budget, organising travel and logistics and building the online training on our platform Journalism now when part of the project is online. I liaise with stakeholders including trainers, funders and other parts involved in the project, and the reporting and financial monitoring of the projects. Achievements Helping with the transition from face to face to online, building different tools to help project managers with this transition. Project coordination of more than 10 projects, including project managing of a project in Argentina. Project managed the creation of all the Spanish courses on our journalism now platform. From liaising with the trainers to create the content, to supervise scripts and proofreading, to make sure the final product on our platform worked correctly
