On a daily basis, I had to deal with over 100 customers everyday by email (outlook), as well as process their invoices.
I was in charge of places all the orders needed to our suppliers (more than 15).
My main duty was inputting all the orders correctly (via excel) with a deadline (which implies high attention to details and control over working under pressure), as well as dealing with my managers enquiries (calculation of wastage - via word, invoices, customer complaints...)
I was also in charge of the phone, answering any questions, enquiries, updates, etc.
