On a daily basis, I had to deal with over 100 customers everyday by email (outlook), as well as process their invoices. I was in charge of places all the orders needed to our suppliers (more than 15). My main duty was inputting all the orders correctly (via excel) with a deadline (which implies high attention to details and control over working under pressure), as well as dealing with my managers enquiries (calculation of wastage - via word, invoices, customer complaints...) I was also in charge of the phone, answering any questions, enquiries, updates, etc.
Full support to the general manager, sole charge at all times and high levels of customer service on a daily basis.
