Senior Channels Manager
I run the online communications that take place for the 150,000 Royal Mail employees. This includes drafting several news stories on a daily basis, liasing with stakeholders. I also script, produce and manage RMtv which is a weekly TV news segment that is shown throughout Royal Mail offices across the UK.
I have also begun to look at how to transform the entire companies communications workflow by beginning to implement new internal social media processes that will be spread to the entire workforce.
