About me
Award-winning Creative Director at AKQA London, Paul leads multi-disciplinary teams across some of the world’s most respected and recognisable luxury brands and is responsible for the creative strategy, art direction, design output and continuing progress.
Paul’s 15-year career spans both print and digital encompassing Creative Direction, Art Direction, UX and UI design and Print Design. In 2017 he led the art direction for the year-long programme of BAFTA Award Ceremonies, and in 2018 Paul was part of the team that created the Queens Commonwealth Trust brand – leading on the print design for the publicity material.
Since joining AKQA in 2013, his work in digital platform design, customer journey experience and continued creative leadership has led AKQA from winning to growing a 7 year partnership with Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, taking the brand on an award-winning digital transformation journey with no sign of slowing.
Paul is a D&AD New Blood mentor, a founding mentor and member of The Dots and is regularly invited to lead portfolio masterclasses. He is an invited guest lecturer of LCC (London College of Communication) and has been a Future Lions judge in partnership with Cannes International Festival of Creativity for a number of years.
Throughout his career Paul has received numerous international awards and recognition thanks to his meticulous attention to detail and unflinching necessity to delve deep into a client relationship reaching the heart of a brand. His accolades include people’s choice recognition, numerous FWA’s for his work in web, social and digital marketing, Honours at The Drum awards and wins with Creative Pool.

- Rolls-Royce Ghost Series IIROLLS-ROYCE GHOST SERIES II Campaign photography for Ghost Series II, positioned as the model in the range for daily business use. Power and simplicity inspire the photography, using the minimum number of colours within clean and clear environments.
