About me
Formed in fashion design I have developed my professional career in design education at IED Madrid. Throughout these almost 9 years at IED I have had the chance to work in different areas developing projects worldwide, this has allowed me to develop a global view of design world. Skills such as project design, projects management, team working, strategic view, co-working with other companies and institutions or the capacity of research have been fundamental on my professional development.
Actually I'm part of the new Academic Innovation Department, an area that seeks to understand and define the future of design education. This new trial allows me to research, not only processes and methodologies for learning, but also the new needs of design and of the future designers.
During these years, in parallel to my work as project manager, I have tried to maintain direct contact with the reality of the sector and the students working as professor, collaborating with other companies and developing personal projects in collaboration with designers and artists.
