Along with my team I help provide strategic guidance to clients to help them make decisions for their brands. Working alongside creative to deliver work that takes a fresh approach. A big part of my role that i love is being curious about the culture we are living in, constantly looking at consumer and wider world trends. I always like to know what the zeitgeist of the moment is! I work across a wide range of clients from FMCG, consumer health and retail. And have worked on many projects to help define their purpose, tell a compelling story and activate truly exciting work.

  • Working in PR gave me a good understanding of the media world. Within my role I looked after clients and kept them up to date with industry news. I managed social media accounts for clients, helping them create content that was relevant for their audience. Constantly spoke to press (Magazines & Newspapers) to make sure I was up to date with the industry. Every month a report was created and presented to clients that analyzed progress and painted a strategic picture. I also prepared for press days, presenting collections to a number of different press.

  • Neilson provided me with many key skills that I have taken into all of my other roles. Working in a chalet as part of a team I provided high levels of customer service, being front of house for a premium chalet. The role included an operations side maintaining targets and budgets. A key role involved public speaking to guests, dealing with complaints and customer queries, having a wide of knowledge of the resort, ski area and the Neilson Company.
