• Manage the execution of cross-channel marketing communications, PR strategies, effective sales and strategic alliances • Contact local, national, international newspapers, magazines, and blog journalists as well as submitting press releases • Schedule press conferences and develop marketing campaign for SS2017 • Promotion of the brand using a strong and identifiable voice: original marketing content (chalk tags, social media postings, tumblr blogs, interviews,print & online content). Creation of marketing strategy and long-term plan to increase brand presence. • Writing copy: press releases, event invitations, editorial pieces... • Oversee all aspects the production, brainstorming creative and cost-effective solutions in order to meet budget guidelines and ensuring the completion of time sensitive projects. • Editing and formatting images for web and print • Producing wireframes, mockups, UI/UX art assets • Optimizing content for search engine sharing and distribution across channels • Development of DW MUSIC brand: creation of the logo, the graphic guidelines (fonts, palettes, textures). Growing the brand image through cohesive aesthetics of professional quality. • Develop channels between sponsorship and the creative team to create promotional tools for logo and product placement • Working with sponsorship to create different partnership packages by using promotional assets to differentiate between levels of sponsorship • Liaison with the Creative Director to create a marketing campaign outline, creating a variety of promotional material (print, online, graphics, creative content) • Working with Ticket partner to create custom DW experience when purchasing a ticket, and finding ways to maximize partnership through products and press • Analyzed sales data and budgets
