About me
Digital Strategy and Transformation consultant, with considerable experience leading Functional and Program Management areas in Digital agencies and Consulting firms. Throughout my career I have worked in different European locations, in positions of increased managerial responsibility, typically leading multinational teams and projects for Blue chip companies. As a consultant, I have lead engagements in the area of Digital Transformation and CX, Knowledge and Innovation Management for large organizations in the Banking, Telecommunications and Travel sectors. For the past two years, I participated in Digital Transformation programs aiming to unify the entire Customer Experience process, for the next generation of digital consumers. In addition to this, I delivered various strategy engagements to optimize and increase revenue in existing technological platforms, helped organizations to support consumer facing and experience led operating models, and utilized innovation and research to scope and monetize, digital platforms for the future. I have been privileged to work with AVIS Budget Group, Mattel and A&E International in the US, to accomplish the above. Startup mentality with a focus on delivering measurable results. I have also co-founded Get In Spring, a start-up in mobile application development and Tenfour Agency Ltd. a full-service communication agency.

    Reporting to the SVP of Business Innovation, participated in Digital Transformation programs and conducted Digital Strategy projects for Avis Budget Group (US and EMEA), A&E International and Mattel (US). Lead the FROM internal innovation injection initiative, and actively supported business development in proposals and client pitches. Projects included: - Reengineering the whole car rental experience utilizing the AVIS Now mobile app, including new features for vehicle upgrades, express reservation, pick up and returns bypassing airport customer desks. - Innovation Management platform selection and initiative pilot for Avis Budget Group. - Global conversion optimization model to increase revenue by identifying and sharing best practices from different countries and regions, for Avis Budget Group. - Created model for "Revenue Acceleration" based on exploring data insights and identifying opportunities for online promotion and monetizing ancillaries for car rentals, Avis Budget Group. - Pitch for Avis Budget Group's SVP of Global Experience, on disruption in the transport/mobility sector, to be delivered by him to the CEO and Executive Management Team. - Planning and execution of CX Discover phase for Mattel and mapping Customer Journeys on selected touch points. - Organizing CX workshops focused on Customer Insights for the American Girl brand, within Digital Transformation project for Mattel. - Established proposed CX organizational model for Mattel. - A&E International, mapping the short/medium-form content ecosystem, and identifying paths for monetization for a newly established A&E Business Unit.
