I was also given the opportunity to intern at the fashion PR company Village for three months. During my time I was put in charge of maintaining the showroom & supporting new interns in the role as well as liaising with stylists & fashion publicists and assisting on various photoshoots & press days for clients. During less busy days I would monitor fashion items that had been rented out & pieces that were due for return using the launch metrics fashion GPS. This role taught me the importance of people management & working efficiently under pressure.

Last year I had the opportunity to work at the Ted Baker headquarters on a three-week Internship. I was given the chance to work within the Buying, Marketing, Finance & styling team. Due to an employee sickness I was asked to cover on the E-commerce team maintaining the company website for two days. This experience meant a lot to me as I was able to showcase my adaptability within various departments and have conversations with employees to enhance my knowledge & understanding of business operations.

I have recently completed my degree in Fashion Marketing & Branding studying at Nottingham Trent University. The course was based around the different methods used within marketing campaigns to pinpoint specific consumer demographics in detail, analysing the full depth of branding within the Fashion Industry. The knowledge gained from my three years has been invaluable from creating my own 180-page business plan to having the opportunity to present my work to companies such as Boots & Mitre, I have gained skills in which I can carry with me into various industries & departments.
