-Organisation & administration - Facilitate the smooth running of the day-to-day function of event inquiry/bookings, provide office support as requested and required -work and cooperate closely with team administrators and team members and to ensure fair dissemination of daily tasks. -Assist daily with administrative duties, office supply orders, general office upkeep and overall a maintenance of the Drury Club events space and preservation of the venue -Answer the Drury Club team telephones/emails efficiently, professionally and politely, draft meeting minutes, agenda points, progress reports where necessary for your accounts/events inquiries and pending event bookings. -Conduct consistent research/outreach as appropriate to support the development of events plans and new business responses and opportunities. -Meet regularly with members of the events industry- Develop and nurture these relationships -organise mail-outs for clientele promptly and correctly in response to bespoke requests -collate media/information for weekly and monthly newsletters to existing clients/The Drury club subscribers -Contribute to The Drury Clubs media/event initiatives e.g. fashion week, trend/topical 'hotsheets', after parties, events company outreach, private parties etc
