    Brand & Digital Marketing Manager

    Development of seasonal Base London (Base London and Fish ‘N’ Chips brands) marketing strategy and direction. • Working alongside the Sales Director to grow the brand’s international market to over 25 international countries, including USA, Canada, UAE, France, Germany, Italy, Australia, Hong Kong and China. • Management and allocation of marketing budget. • Ecommerce and Digital Marketing Management – Development of ecommerce business and social media strategy to develop brand ‘voice’. Content management, SEO, PPC, Email Marketing management. • Seasonal marketing campaign planning, design and delivery, including photography and video direction. • Working closely with Sales, Merchandising, Customer Services and Design teams to develop strategies to enable sustainable growth within a small yet dynamic team. • Building strong relationships with key retailers, buyers and marketing teams (including Schuh, Office, ASOS and Zalando), distributors (USA, China and UAE) and agents (UK and International) to ensure brand development, image and coverage. • Tradeshows and Exhibitions – Planning, press management, stand design, sales and customer relationship building. • Management of marketing, online and graphics teams and external agencies. • Regular reporting on all marketing areas, including In-Store, Online and Press and providing key planning insights • Achieved 3 Drapers Footwear Award Shortlist Nominations for ‘Men’s Footwear Brand Of The Year’ and ‘Exporter Of The Year’. • Managed continued online growth (traffic and sales) without employing aggressive promotion strategies, due to sensitivity of wholesale business.
