Projects
  • Curious Conversations
Curious Conversations"Curious Conversations is a monthly meeting in which like-minded brains unpack big ideas together." A business networking event, but in a more creative way than regular networking events. I designed the logo and later the business card. You can also find many of the previous iterations above.
  • Critter Fitter
Critter FitterCritter Fitter is a puzzle game mostly about animals; it's the remake of our first game under the same name. We've rebuilt it entirely from scratch making it better in every respect: graphics, gameplay and game mechanics. It turned out to be an even better puzzle game that the entire family can enjoy, full of fun characters and challenging puzzles. The premise is that you, the player, are an alien having to abduct zoo animals (or rescue them, you're not quite sure) that need to be organised, so you can fit them into your spaceship. Each animal corresponds to a tetris-esque shape and usually there's only one way you can fit them in. You can check it out for fee in the App Store or on Google Play.
  • Block 64!
Block 64!Block 64 is a simple yet deceptively addicting little block puzzle game from GiGi Games. My task was to re-design all the art assets to better suit a wider audience.
  • Ballot Bots
Ballot BotsBallot Bots is a robot themed HTML5 political match up game made for the BBC for the 2015 UK general elections. You have to pair up the robot politicians with their corresponding robot voters by avoiding pitfalls, using social media and making the right moves along the way.
  • Capture The Museum
Capture The MuseumThese illustrations were made to introduce a live territorial team game played in the National Museums Scotland.
  • Matching Gears
Matching GearsMatching Gears is a personal project of mine. The inspiration came from my love of robots obviously and I’ve always wanted to make an actual printed, playable card game, preferably one that’s heavy on illustrations. And robots. So I took an old children’s card game called Old Maid (a.k.a. Donkey) from my childhood and made a robot-themed version of it. It’s a very simple “find the pairs” kinda card game, which provided me with the perfect opportunity to draw a bunch of different characters. 49 in this case.
