Leading and assisting the client relations team to deliver the very best creative and innovative content marketing campaigns. My primary goal is to identify campaign opportunities that fit within the client's objectives and our approach to best practice strategy. This is done through managing and mentoring my team of account directors, account managers and account executives. My role is split into several core areas, the development and running of the client relations department, establishing companywide client service training programmes, and directly managing a set of clients with an AGILE team who collectively cater for all aspects of the client's service. I aim to practice what I preach, and so through the management of over 40 accounts I have many opportunities to feed my work and experience back into our other teams. I am leading the innovation of campaign marketing within Axonn, and want to continually improve our methods of ideation & delivery of our campaigns. I am also developing our use of best of breed partners to be able to deliver results beyond our means, as we strongly believe in doing what we do best, and outsourcing the rest. Working directly with clients is one of the most rewarding parts of my job. Speaking to them in a language they understand is key, but being able to identify the strengths and weaknesses that need to be explored is my strongpoint. We have over 200 clients who range from Global FTSE 100 companies to SMEs and startups.
