Philip Mak

Brand copywriting manager at Stella McCartneyLondon, United Kingdom
About me
Hey. My name is Philip and I'm a copywriter. A peek at my portfolio will show my background is largely in fashion, beauty, technology and social impact. I thrive on being busy — whether it's working with clients from my homeland of Canada, or forging new relationships in my adopted home of the UK. My clients seek me out because I know great copy is more than just pun-2-3. It involves working closely with founders, strategists, creative directors and everyone in between to truly speak in a brand's voice — one that resonates across all touch points, from print campaigns to video scripts to social media and blog posts to website copy. With over eight years' experience spanning editorial, agency, in-house and freelance, I am excited to support local brands and make new connections here in London.

ANFISA Skin: Website contentANFISA Skin is a cult luxury skincare line with a single hero product, Lilou Regenerating Balm. Given my background with sustainable beauty brands, I was recommended by another client to the company's founder and developed a new tone as well as website content. While ANFISA's results may speak for themselves, I helped to give the company a voice. Experience the copy here: anfisaskin.com/product/lilou-regenerating-balm
