Philippa is a seasoned Communications professional and entrepreneur with a skillset and experience spanning strategy, campaign execution, P&L, leadership, and new business, built up through a successful PR business.
Philippa founded DeVetta PR, a communications agency specialising in fashion and beauty, in February 2005. As Managing Director Philippa steered the agency over 12 years, building the revenue up to profitability year on year. As well as managing all budgets and cashflow for the business, Philippa was also the sole driving force for new business over the life span of the agency.
Having run DeVetta PR for over 12 years Philippa now works as a Consultant. From ideation, to strategy, and implementation, Philippa has led PR campaigns for clients often working with minimal budgets to create valuable earned media across a variety of platforms.
Philippa’s connections are extensive, spanning fashion and lifestyle editors, stylists, publishers and influencers. Additionally, Philippa has strong connections with many brands beyond the clients that have come under her past agency umbrella.
Working with a varied mix of global fashion, lifestyle and beauty brands as well as british heritage brands, over the years her client list has included but is not limited to - Shanghai Tang, MCM, G-Star Raw Footwear, Oxfam, Brora, Eudon Choi, Jessica McCormack, Zoe Karssen, Wolf & Badger, Splendid (VF Corp), Ella Moss (VF Corp) Pyrus, Kipling (VF Corp), Shay & Blue, Accurist Watches and Sekonda.
