I am currently seeking a new and challenging role within Communications. Since graduating, I have primarily worked within Advertising and Marketing. I have experience in project and account management, as well as brand management and aspects of product development. I am looking for a new role that will allow me to apply my existing skillset to a position and company wherein I can develop professionally. Up to now, the nature of my work has centred around project, account and people management. I have held responsibility for the management of various client accounts, from initial briefing to final delivery of the work. I have also learnt how to manage expectations, and I have developed effective communication and negotiation skills that have proved invaluable. All of my experiences thus far have enhanced my time management skills, my ability to adapt to changes and my confidence in presenting work to both clients and fellow employees. I am highly organised, hard-working and confident in communicating with people across all levels. I have also gained confidence in efficiently learning new work systems and databases, having worked with CRM software such as Zendesk, Microsoft Dynamics and ThankQ in my most recent roles. - Accountable for the overall performance of the Product Development team, primarily through exhibiting marketing and business administration skills to ensure research, logistics and financial analysis on upcoming products and events were readily available for team members. - Responsible for running the weekly Product Development Group (PDG) meetings alongside the CEO and Heads of Departments. Key tasks included collating all potential products into the PDG Memo (including descriptors and costings), presenting to senior stakeholders along with gathering and circulating detailed meeting minutes. - Organised schedules for international trade shows and buying meetings at the ERA with 50+ suppliers. This included the management and upkeep of Contract, Certification, Trademark and Product Rights Databases. - Analysed current market trends to provide market research and key insights on product categories, US infomercial products, live teleshopping and competitor promotions.
- Responsible for the fulfilment of new product development and creative briefs, from initial conception to completion, and for the management of various projects running across Bars. - Analysed numerical data to determine how to drive brand growth and performance, with a focus on increasing gross profit and improving customer experience. - Presented insightful marketing updates to key internal stakeholders on a weekly basis. - Worked alongside the Brand Manager and Head of Bars to design, deliver and communicate activity across all Core, Premium and Center Parcs restaurants and bars. - Demonstrated a strong level of attention to detail when required to cross-check, edit and proof all copy and pricing across menus and other collateral.
- Managed approximately 100 employees with the main responsibilities including: all new starter inductions, contractor relationships and all Health and Safety requirements within the office. - Responsible for the booking of all meeting rooms, including setup and changeover, and the organisation of company events and conferences. - Implemented a new rewards card, A Slice of Lime. This acts as an add-on to Limelights, which recognise employees for going beyond what's expected in their role. - Responsible for helping to recruit an Office Assistant, to work alongside the Office Manager. This included writing the job specification, interviewing and providing training.
- Managed various projects for agency accounts, with a focus on Metro and Clear Channel, maintaining a positive relationship between the clients and the agency. - Oversaw creative development and liaising with the staff, client and any third parties to ensure that work was delivered on time. - Managed B2C and B2B campaigns, covering TV, press, events, direct mail, videos and presentations, along with other projects such as producing client stationary, from ideas to final artwork production. - Responsible for all Metro account finances, producing cost estimates, budgeting and invoicing. - Researched and analysed data for insight on relevant projects, assigned to me by my Creative Director including an annual agency-led event that aims to promote Spanish trade in the UK.
