  • Initially employed as an intern following a successful partnership with the Jamie Oliver Foundation and became an integral part of the production team working across multiple accounts, most notably the Sky and Live by the Lake accounts Live by the Lake concert series 2013 •On screen content Wrote, programmed and oversaw the editing of 6 videos shown on the big screens at the Live by the Lake concerts prior to the concerts and wrote and programmed the post-concert information slides. Liaised with event sponsors and partners to ensure that any adverts they wanted included were received on time •Styling Styled the VIP hospitality area on site at the concerts, sourced all materials required and oversaw the re-setting of the area each day •Guest management and communication Managed the guest list for each concert on the night at Kenwood House and assisted guests with any queries Sky Show 2013 •Concept development •Venue finding and accommodation •Sky partners Wrote a presentation and pitched the event to all Sky Channel Partners to secure their involvement in the project. Following on from pitches created bespoke activity proposals for each partner channel based on their brand values and priorities. This included everything from the activity to the look and feel of the area, and a proposed budget. Sourced all suppliers, props and styling items for each area and managed the build and breakdown of all activities on site. Main point of contact for all partners and suppliers. Post event reconciled the budgets(which had a combined total of £30,000) •Content Sourced and was the main point of contact for all non-show related content at the event.
