· Assisting the Venue and Events Manager with promoting No 4 Hamilton Place as a major meeting and events venue. · Acquiring an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the venue’s offerings such as costs and capacities, in order to advise clients of all options available relevant to their particular requirements. · Respond promptly and appropriately to all incoming enquiries. · Take clients on show rounds of the venue. · Effectively use and manage CRM data in order to optimise the accuracy of the database and record all enquiries and confirmed bookings on the CRM system. · Effectively manage the venue hire scheduler in order to utilise venue space to and achieve optimum revenue opportunities. · Effectively manage provisional bookings on the venue hire scheduler in order to convert or release enquiries to create increased availability.
· Deciphering audience behaviours and motivations on social media platforms. · Implementing innovative digital strategies to boost client audience levels. · Creating visible links between clients and partnering brands through typically unconventional methods. · Providing well thought out copy specific to each client and platform. · Producing monthly reports indicating growth measurement, possible new beneficial avenues to pursue as well as competitor analysis. · Working with social media analytical tools to examine successes and failures. · Working closely with the VIP team during the planning process for events including the Jack Spade Watch Launch, the Esquire Summer Party, the Ben Sherman x Shortlist LC:M Party and the Carrera Ignition Party. · Tending to VIP guests during events.
· Managing press requests for UK media outlets in print and online for multiple brands simultaneously. · Liaising and maintaining contact with media affiliates. · Writing and distributing press releases to key media contacts. · Creating and updating event diaries and contact databases. · Communicating with celebrity management and PR agencies for gifting and product placement opportunities. · Planning and executing product and brand launches as well as collection previews. · Creating company procurement packages for prospective clients. · Compiling VIP guest lists for small and large scale events. · Organising and styling photo shoots. · Monitoring achieved press. · Compiling monthly reports. · Managing the Press Intern. · Digital Marketing.
