Four23 sees me take on the role of Producer. In this position, along with the Senior Producer on the team, once client projects are signed off they are handed to us to manage and activate. The work is extremely varied and as the company is fairly small, work is often shared across departments. Key duties include:
• Project managing and producing events from start to finish
• Recruiting and briefing staff, production agencies, photographers, printers, creatives, etc.
• Budgeting and controlling payments
• Creating and actioning Run Orders
• Researching brands and contributing to pitches
