My duties within this role include managing all personnel and marketing for the school, as well as PA duties for the school business manager, and head teachers. This includes managing and organising multiple diaries, arranging meetings (locations, transport, attendees, food etc), taking and managing minutes, liaising with any external and internal contacts. I am also actively involved in any projects the school undertakes, be it rebranding, physical building work or employee parties, as well as assisting in any other duties or personal errands needed.

At Uberluv, I worked closely with the Marketing Exec to create marketing strategies to
promote the company’s first birthday. Focusing on digital and email marketing this
internship came with large responsibility and enabled me to further my knowledge and
experience within fashion marketing and a retail brand. I delegated duties to other
interns and organised daily activity.
