I am a well-qualified and trustworthy marketing professional, with 7 years’ experience within a management environment. I hold an IESE Executive MBA coupled with a Master’s degree in Digital Marketing (Web 2.0) (Hons: 8.80) from EUDE and I have international experience in marketing strategy leading the online team brand unit. Growth Strategy: Create and drive the growth strategy for designated authors, including handling communications with editors, authors, third parties and, agents over the world.
Create and produce campaigns for key authors/brands across various media (including third party promotions, digital platforms, print advertising, sampler campaigns, added value items and on- pack promotions).
Write copy and direct marketing artwork.
Ensure all campaigns are approached holistically and span both digital and offline media.
Continually adjust campaigns in line with expected sales revenue and market tendencies.
International Marketing:
Lead international campaigns ensuring brand and author consistency.
Manage external promotional agencies to deliver brand partnerships with key authors.
Use knowledge of the marketplace and of developments within the marketing arena, to identify opportunities for creative and innovative promotions.
Financial and business analysis:
Management of the marketing budget and ensure all campaigns come in on time and on budget.
Review of Competitor analysis of sales and trends in Commercial fiction and non-fiction. A full analysis of pre and post product/marketing campaigns utilising and analysing financial/business information to understand customer behaviour and the efficacy of our marketing approaches.
