I am a second year Anthropology student at University College London, and am intrigued by human behaviour and interactions, and material culture. Post-graduation, I envision my career to have a sociocultural (and educational) impact. Apart from my current position as Managing Director of a growing independent magazine, and previous roles as a business development/research intern at a design studio, and a human resource intern in a bank, I am grateful to have a wide range of other experiences. Having founded, planned and facilitated two conferences in Singapore and Timor Leste, I learnt that I enjoy event planning and management, and have strengths in organisation and being detail-oriented. In the realm of photography, I have been featured in a few magazines, exhibited in group and solo showcases, and was part of a prestigious Singapore-based photography mentorship program. I am earnestly looking for a summer (2017) internship, involving research & development, event/project management, user/customer experience, strategy-making, design research, way-finding/spatial design, or PR and marketing. I am willing to step out of my comfort zone and learn, and am always on the lookout for opportunities to grow and contribute to companies whose ethos I admire and believe in.Locked Pro Plan feature
