I am a Senior Associate within the Private Office; Residential Real Estate Department. • Tasked with independently managing a portfolio of high value residential real estate across London including Knightsbridge and Belgravia for ultra-high net worth clients. • Responsible for managing client accounts holding funds in excess of two million pounds and processing payments. • Organise client’s calendars, holidays, travel including private jets and yachts, restaurant and hotel reserva-tions, and ad hoc lifestyle requests. • Assist in various forms of requests from sourcing priceless art to managing household staff • Management of a number of multi – million pound properties around Knightsbridge and Belgravia where my responsibilities included weakly inspections, making sure all items and furniture were kept in prime condition, reactive maintenance requests, working with interior designers and ensuring the household is run economically for my client. • Prepared for and hosted business development events including European Leadership Network presentations and breakfast events. • Assisted on the acquisition of a 60million pound project in Belgravia. I am currently assisting in liaising with lawyers and interior designer for the 10 million refurbishment, which will take place over two years.
