• Negotiating the sale of properties and communicating with all parties to help manage the sale efficiently • Registering /managing applicants and maintaining viewing levels • Building relationships and liaising with clients through out the process. • Attending valuations of properties and compiling comparables. • Managing and using the company database for contacts, property information and paper work. • Knowledge in property market trends, the local area and competitors • Managing the marketing and advertising of properties as well as communicating with PR agencies • Roaming through different offices and teams covering both lettings and sales • Recording office statistics and commission. • General office paperwork, ad hoc admin duties and supporting the day to day running of the office.
• Cold-calling various businesses selling directly or forming partnerships • Responsible for booking and attending meetings with new and existing clients • Travelled to Finland for training on company platform and Internet system • Exhibiting and visiting at various relevant exhibitions • Co-ordinating with the Office in Finland via email or Skype • Communicating with Ogilvy, London City Airport and Agent provocateur
• Hosting Chalets between 10 and 20 people • Stock takes and shopping orders • Responsible for the day to day running of the chalet • Quickly adapting to different customer needs • Meeting clients and organizing their equipment and schedules for the week
