This involved making sure that the right people, with the right skills were at the right place, at the right time, with the right inventory all within budget. Business across 28 studios across 5 capitals worldwide. As a freelance Producer for Chinese clients, I took the briefing from scratch. I organised the project concept, background construction, and location research. I was responsible for for the agenda, and call sheet. I hired staff, and structured the logistics, all while liasing with teams based in the UK, China, and many countries in between. Activities included trend research, creation and development of pattern and textures. Designed both the clothing and accessory collections. ■ Led on all activities that comprised the development of new projects, coordination of work groups, training of personnel, structuring and reorganisation of the brand. ZIL * Creative Director / Fashion Designer - February 2005 – March 2007 - São Paulo, Brazil ■ Participated in the project since its inception. Managed all aspects including; choosing the themes behind the collections; overseeing catalogues and lookbooks; visual merchandising; selecting soundtrack; and shop’s décor. ■ Provided the sales team with guidance in order to make sure customers received proper information regarding the goods. ■ Analysis of customer profile, achieving expressive results in respect to the increase of the sales and launch of loyalty program. Worked closely with sale on all needs. ■ Communicated with suppliers on a regular basis about fabrics and details for all product categories.
