I’m nowadays leading the business and operations of a Brazilian advertising agency in Warsaw, serving a leading Portuguese retail group, providing Marketing Strategy, Advertising concepts, and playing an Advisory role close to the client leadership Board. The challenge conquered more than 3 years ago brought me an international vision of the Advertising Business, where the Executive leadership, the responsibility for handling the P&L / Budget Management, coordinate HR and team building, presenting Business Reports to the stakeholders, defining Strategic Planning, Brand Management, Campaign Delivery for the client brands, serving them and most of all leading the general output of my activity with positive impact on their business results - sales. This position lead me to very interesting times in front of the agency business, living very close to the retail group decision takers in a true partnership. The close relation opened my framework to wider subjects than straightly Marketing, as following the assortment strategy and buying negotiations, logistics and operations, pricing and promotional strategy and competitive positioning maters as well as consumer behaviour.
