About me
Marketing and Advertising professional with almost 20 years experience in Business Development at Marketing and Advertising driven companies. With a strong entrepreneurial spirit, grew a start-up business called Gota d’Agua before starting serving in International Network environment (American - Grey - and European - Havas - corporate cultures), as well as in domestic/Portuguese independent agencies. Found his major motivation in the classroom, teaching Branding and Advertising in the Lisbon Creative University - IADE -, where develops the ambition to Mentor some of his students. Focused in Business results, aiming to inject innovation and growth to the projects where is involved, founds in resilience and strategic thought the skills developed to complete his major role as Strategy Consultant for leading companies in categories as Telco, Distribution, Automobile, Banking, FMCG, F&B. Enthusiastic and energy spreader are some of the soft skills that encouraged the adventure of the expat experience, playing the CEO role on a international business environment - Brazilian company in the Polish market.

    I’m nowadays leading the business and operations of a Brazilian advertising agency in Warsaw, serving a leading Portuguese retail group, providing Marketing Strategy, Advertising concepts, and playing an Advisory role close to the client leadership Board. The challenge conquered more than 3 years ago brought me an international vision of the Advertising Business, where the Executive leadership, the responsibility for handling the P&L / Budget Management, coordinate HR and team building, presenting Business Reports to the stakeholders, defining Strategic Planning, Brand Management, Campaign Delivery for the client brands, serving them and most of all leading the general output of my activity with positive impact on their business results - sales. This position lead me to very interesting times in front of the agency business, living very close to the retail group decision takers in a true partnership. The close relation opened my framework to wider subjects than straightly Marketing, as following the assortment strategy and buying negotiations, logistics and operations, pricing and promotional strategy and competitive positioning maters as well as consumer behaviour. Leading the agency in winning pitch process, building winning Effie cases, developing successful partnerships with the Polish Portuguese Chamber of Commerce, SAR - Polish Marketing, Advertising and Creative Club, building bridges with other brands, agencies serving the business using my open and dynamic personality as a business driver.
