I have worked for Paypal selling the ''Paypal Here'' card readers, Close Brothers Premium Finance insuring returns of financial agreements and handling complaints, now I work at Regus within the building to provide office space, meeting rooms, business lounges to dormant or current customers.
Responsibilities were working on the help desk, answering phones, solving customer complaints, refunds, exchanges, faulty items, signing for deliveries, supervising staff, floating tills, checking shop layouts, opening and closing of the store, fire drills and health and safety checks to ensure a smooth running of the store.
It was a 6 month intern placement at a production company as part of a now defunct government scheme ''Future Jobs Fund''. Responsibilities include, contacting clients before shoots, booking meetings and rooms, heading up catering which included buying the stock myself, delegating roles to other runners and also making sure all dietary needs were catered for.
