I am passionate about producing work that is political, ethical and social, thus raising awareness about current issues. I am aware that through my extensive years spent in the academics of art, I have explored a breadth of different disciplines in my studies and wish to continue to show how I have applied this knowledge into my work with various practices and media. My practice focuses on Climate Emergency and Mindfulness.
Excel in delivering high quality gallery and heritage services for all members of the public, assisting in the organisation and security of exhibitions, the care of collections along with actively supporting the delivery of family, educational activities and events, working in local studies and archives, being able to help carry out environmental checks, controls, security and the maintenance of art gallery and museum collections by being alert, responsive and able to deal appropriately with issues.
Organised a Pecha Kucha evening, "There's No Place Like Home", in response to the 'Beyond Faith' exhibition, exploring Muslim female artists living in Britain.
Well-versed in securing complex and effective projects within a strict time frame, increasing the awareness of fine and decorative arts collections, and managing detailed budgets. Credited on planning, leading and delivering the October half term workshop focused on Climate Crisis.
